Collectable Coins of Peoples Republic of China PRC

◆ China's silver coinage gives enduring national symbols a place in precious metal: the Giant Panda among bamboo, the dragon with its finely worked scales, and the animals of the lunar zodiac. The Silver Panda series began in 1983, pairing changing wildlife compositions with Beijing's Temple of Heaven. Across China's modern commemoratives, imperial architecture, cultural traditions and historic achievements provide subjects whose detail rewards close examination.

◆ An exceptional Chinese silver coin brings its subject into focus through precise engraving, carefully composed relief and the contrast between polished and frosted surfaces on proof issues. Earlier Panda dates, limited commemoratives and distinctive Dragon designs each offer a different direction for a considered acquisition. Alongside official releases, selected editions feature later-applied colour or gold plating, treatments distinct from the original mint finish. Choose Chinese silver at FORTYMILLION for the strength of its design, its cultural resonance and the quality of the individual piece.
