Shipping policy

  • Shipping costs may vary based on destination and/or size of the order at the checkout.
  • Please note, for orders over $AUD500  we reserve the right to add additional charges. We will advise the cost on a case-by-case basis.
  • Shipping is automatically calculated at the checkout.
  • FORTYMILLION. mainly chooses carriers on a case-by-case basis.
  • Overseas customers will be charged according to their postal zone.
  • Overseas deliveries may be subject to import charges and other local taxes, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • FORTYMILLION will not be a party to the avoidance of import taxes, charges or fees in foreign countries.
  • All shipping costs are subject to change without notice.
  • All shipping promise dates are estimates only and are subject to change without notice.
  • If you are entitled to a replacement or exchange, you will not be charged for the shipping.  This item will be sent with the same shipping option as originally selected.
  • If we agree to a return but we are not at fault. return postage costs are the customers responsibility. 
  • Free Shipping vouchers/codes will be sent at Standard Post or by a postal service at the discretion of fortymillioncoins.com.

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE-If you elect not to insure we are not liable and you assume the risk.

Please contact us if you require shipping insurance. If you elect not to obtain shipping insurance we will not cover the loss or damage of your items.

By declining shipping insurance, the Client acknowledges and agrees that Atje Hjort (the business owner) and FORTYMILLION (the business) is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of the parcel once it has been delivered to the carrier. The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with shipping uninsured items and agrees to waive any claims against Atje Hjort and FORTYMILLION for damage or loss, including those resulting from negligence.

Purchasers of insured goods are entitled to reimbursement  under any of the following 

  1. Loss of goods in transit as determined by the third party delivery company
  2. Damage incurred to the goods whilst in transit of the third party delivery company. Third Party Delivery Companies we may use are: AUSTRALIA POST / DHL EXPRESS / FEDEX / TEAM GLOBAL.EXPRESS
  3. The original shipping packaging must be retained. Shipping companies often require specific photographs of the shipping box. 

Shipments to destinations classified by the insurer as “high-risk“, generally due to experiencing active war or conflict, or currently under sanction (e.g., Afghanistan, Ukraine), at the time of insurance purchase, are not eligible for insurance coverage. In such cases, the customer may proceed with the shipment at their own risk, redirect the shipment to an eligible destination, or request a full refund of the insurance premium. The definition of a high-risk or excluded destination is determined solely by the insurance provider and is subject to change without notice. For reference, high-risk or excluded destinations are aligned with those classified as ‘Do Not Travel’ by the Australian Government due to war, conflict, or sanctions. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your destination is covered,.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damage in transit is specifically dealt with by the shipper under their insurance policy. If you elect not to insure we are not liable and you assume the risk.

DELIVERY

Our estimated delivery time is 2 days to to 3 weeks within Australia and 2 to 8 weeks overseas. This of course depends on the shipping service chosen and restrictions caused by, for example, a global pandemic like COVID-19 or Shipping/ Courier/ Postal Carrier strikes or any other factor that impedes shipping such as production and supply delays. Contact us if you need a specific service in a specific time frame. We will do our best to advise you and meet your needs. Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances may still intervene and interfere with delivery times- such as Lockdowns, Disasters, or Strikes.

Please note that depending on the items ordered, goods are shipped within 1-14 working days from receipt of order, subject to confirmation of payment, the item being in stock, and certain other conditions.  Due to the high number of deliveries nationally and internationally , delays may occur during the Christmas and Easter season. It is advisable to allow extra time when ordering at these  times.
