Waddling its way into your heart, and coin collection, is the latest silver Proof in the Australia at Night series, starring the irresistible fairy penguin. The Fairy Penguin 2024 $1 1oz Silver Black Proof Coin celebrates this adorable Aussie animal in an eye-catching combination of sparkling silver and BLACK PROOF FINISH that sets this series apart!

The little penguin, or fairy penguin, is the smallest penguin species in the world, and the only penguin with blue and white feathers. Only venturing onto land at night, and spending the majority of their time at sea, fairy penguins nest along southern coast of Australia and New Zealand. Phillip Island in Victoria hosts Australia's largest colony, with over 30,000 breeding penguins found on the Summerland Peninsula. The popular nighttime ‘penguin parade’ has been captured on the reverse of this 99.9% PURE SILVER legal tender in a velvety Black Proof finish, while the silvery glow of the full moon on the water illuminates the magical scene.

In equal parts beautiful, rare and superbly struck, this must-have coin will be as sought after as its predecessors! Limited to a mere 1,000 coins,
