The coin features Smartminting technology, bringing the stallion to life, it has Proof quality on the obverse and Black Proof quality on the reverse. It comes in a case, along with the Certificate of Authenticity. Limited mintage of only 149 STALLION Growing Up 5oz pieces worldwide. The reverse of the coin depicts three beautiful stallions in High Relief galloping over the steppe. In the background, an image of a young stallion. The obverse of the coin depicts the stallion as a foal reflecting on the water. The reflection shows an image of how the foal will become in adulthood. In the background, the foal running with his mother. On the top right of the obverse, the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: ELIZABETH II – the name of the Queen, 50 CEDIS – the face value and REPUBLIC OF GHANA - the country of issue.
